Please take care when placing your order. Your order will be shipped from our provider in California or New Jersey, depending on your location. If, for any reason, you change your mind and need to cancel your order you must contact us immediately. Once we have submitted your order to the warehouse it cannot be cancelled.
Product Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please select your items carefully. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind or the item is the incorrect size (yes, we have been given this as a reason for exchange!)
In the event your item is suffering from a manufacturers defect, we will be happy to replace your item free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and/or opened items can be replaced with the same or like item only if the item is defective. If your packaging arrives showing signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact our customer service.
