*Please note that during the ongoing Covid-19 situation all orders continue to be processed in line with social distancing and safe operating procedures for our staff.  This may mean a slight delay of 1-2 days in processing your orders at busy times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope without adverts. It will have the following return address:

Packages will be labeled as “Novelty Items”.


Occasionally we may offer a Free Shipping offer. This will be available to all qualifying Continental United States shipments only.

Free shipping for international deliveries (including CANADA) will be stated separately. Unique discount codes will be provided for these as applicable.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped on the day it is received (providing it is received before 12noon EST), however due to heavy order volume we cannot guarantee this. There are no guarantees on shipping times, arrival dates, or method of shipment with Free Shipping Options. We reserve the right to ship your order using whichever carrier we choose. Please note free shipping may not be used with any other offer, promotion, coupon, or partner code unless explicitly outlined in the said promotion or special offer.


Standard Shipping 5-10 Business Days $5.95 + $1.00 per item.

USPS Priority Shipping 3-5 Business Days $9.95 + $2.00 per item.


DHL Global Mail Priority 10-15 Business Days $19.95 + $2.00 per item.

We currently provide international delivery to Canada, the UK, Australia, and some parts of Europe. If you live outside of these areas please Contact Us for further information and pricing.

We are continually reviewing our international postage pricing structure, to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient services for our customers.

Any Customs, Duty, and Taxes are payable by you, the customer. Any charges passed to our shipping account will result in your credit card subsequently being billed. You will also be charged for any postage/freight incurred on all returned shipments.

International delivery is NOT guaranteed. We will NOT be responsible for any order which is seized by Customs Authorities. We will make every effort to check the allowed importation of goods but ultimately it is your responsibility. You, (the customer), might also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; control over these charges and the amounts cannot be predicted. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


If a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or vandalized, a replacement package WILL NOT be sent at no cost to you or your money refunded. In order for products to be replaced for a damaged/vandalized shipment not delivered, a non-delivery must be confirmed by the post office and the damaged package must be returned to us.

If your package is delivered and stolen while you are out we will provide a replacement ONLY if there are security camera recordings and a police report is made. Shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, it will incur a $50 undeliverable fee and a 25% re-stocking fee or additional shipping costs for the second delivery, whichever is preferred by the customer.

*We will not deliver to India, Malaysia, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, UAE, or Vietnam. (We reserve the right to review this list at any time)

** We will not deliver the following items to international customers – Aerosols, perfumes, printed material (Books/magazines) or DVD’s


Orders are processed as they are received and are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order (transfers and large orders may require additional time).

We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however, due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so. Please note: UPS & FedEx do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their Next Day & 2nd Day Air service.
