Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California or New Jersey, depending on your location and stock availability. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order you must contact us immediately. Once we have submitted your order to the warehouse it cannot be cancelled.

Please select your items carefully. Due to the personal nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot and will not accept returned items that have been opened or used for refund or exchange.
If your packaging arrives showing signs of defect or damage, please do not open it. Simply photograph the damage and contact our customer service team immediately.
In the event that your item suffers from a manufacturers defect, please contact us and we will be happy to provide the necessary manufacturer details for you to request a warranty replacement where applicable.
